How can I track my order?

We know how exciting it is to wait for a package! We’ll send you tracking information once your order leaves our doors. Here

Can I Return an item?

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns. But we do exchanges! You can exchange an item at our physical shops. It’s a good way
to see our goodies live. Exchange item has to be same value, as purchased, or of higher value, extra charges will be
applicable in this case.

How does my refund get processed?

We can’t refund you but you are welcomed to do an exchange.

Can I exchange/return an item purchased online in one of your physical stores?

YES! Actually you can only exchange at the physical shop. It’s a good way to see our goodies live. Exchange item has to be
same value, as purchased, or of higher value, extra charges will be applicable in this case.

If I use a credit note or a gift card to purchase an item, can I still exchange or return that item?

If I’m not happy with my order do I get my refund or my money back?

That’s a little sad to hear. But you are welcomed to do an exchange at one of our shops as we can’t offer refunds at the

Can I check out as a guest or do I have to register?

You’re always welcomed to check out as a guest, but to ensure you can track your order, we’d say it’s safer to register.
It’s really easy! Plus we’d have your details in case we need to get in touch.

How can I place an order with XDubai Shop

All you gotta do is click “add to a cart”. When you are done choosing and adding to your cart, click check out. Fill out
your contact details and delivery address and you are set!

Do your prices include VAT?
They definitely do!
Can I order items in bulk to resell them?
The XDubai Shop is the one and only place where you can get our stuff! We don’t have reseller programmes in place yet, so
for now you can’t .
Is there a maximum number of items I can buy?
We’re really happy you like our products! But our shopping carts can only hold 10 items for now. Join our mailing list and
we’ll let you know when we get bigger carts ?
Can I try an item before I buy?

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

Keep a lookout for it in your email.

Can I cancel my order once it’s placed?

Unfortunately no. Once the payment is processed, the order is final. You can always exchange the items you don’t want once
you receive them at one of our stores.


Can I place an order outside the GCC?

At the moment, only customers in the United Arab Emirates can order. Make sure you subscribe to our list to be the first
to know when we go international!

How do you ship your items?

With care of course! Our partners at FEDEX ensure this.

How can I schedule my delivery?

At the moment, we don’t have a scheduled delivery option. Your delivery will come though anytime during first part of the
working day after you placed your order. Feel free to give your working address, if you know that you are following traditional
working hours schedule. FedEx will do 3 attempts of delivery. They will try to contact you after every attempt. If delivery
isn’t successful after 5 days, purchased item will returned to us. You have an option to keep your order at the closest
FedEx branch and pick it up when it is convenient for you. This is to be discussed and agreed with a courier after the
first delivery attempt.

How long will it take to get my order?

Excited much? You will have it delivered the next working day, provided your order was placed before 3pm.

What do I have to present at the time of delivery?

You’re all good. The package is coming to the location specified not to the physical person.

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can get in touch with our customer service agents and we will get in touch with FedEx and change the delivery address
for you. Alternatively, you can call FedEx , tell them your AWB number and change the delivery location.

I’ve been waiting longer than your delivery promised, what should I do?

What if my order is damaged on its way to me?

No way! Get in get in touch with our customer service agents and we will investigate the matter.

What are the shipping costs?

Can you combine the shipping of 2 item that I ordered separately?

Why am I paying shipping charges?

If you don’t want to pay shipment charges, feel free to pass by our physical shops. Visit our shops (Location).

I want to cancel my order but it has already been shipped, what should I do?

Unfortunately we don’t provide such an option.

Do you have Cash-On-Delivery option?

At the moment, we don’t, but you can always purchase our merch using cash at our stores.

Do you have same or next day delivery in UAE?

In a usual scenario, your order will be with you the next day. However during busy days, a delivery can take upto 48 hours. We do consider legit urgent requests for which you can contact us on WhatsApp (+971 56 5156 571) with your order number and full name.
