EXCHANGE POLICY

Sometimes things go wrong. Need to get a different size? You can exchange an item at one of our physical shops in Dubai Mall, Marina Mall or XDubai Skatepark.

Exchange item has to be the same value, as purchased, or of higher value, extra charges will be applicable in this case.

Please make sure you come to us within 7 days after you’ve received your item, and that it’s in the original packaging, with the hangtags (if applicable).
